Staged Vacant Homes Sell Faster

Home staging gives warmth and purpose to vacant rooms and helps potential buyers imagine how they would live in a home. Over 87% of buyers look online before choosing which house to go look at so having beautiful photos of staged rooms is important in order to draw viewers in. Empty rooms all look alike- make your home stand out from the competition with home staging.

A 2009 RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) study of 87 vacant homes (not staged) previously on the market sat an average of 277 days unsold. Those homeowners then had their properties staged- those same homes sold in 63 days on average after staging. This is 78% less time on the market.

Don't let your home sit for months with no offers- stage first to sell fast.

Check out this video of a home we staged in Federal Way and see how staging turns a vacant house into a home.
