Home Analysis and DIY Staging Plan
Designed to help sellers prepare their home for sale. Consists of a thorough home evaluation noting needed repairs and improvements. Choose from our affordable verbal consultation or a complete Do-It Yourself Staging Plan in which we provide you with a detailed report listing recommendations for transforming your house into the move-in ready home buyers are searching for. Valuable printed decluttering, depersonalizing and staging tips are included and your Open House Checklist will ensure that those important last minute tasks have been taken care of and your home looks its very best. If desired, we'll follow up with a mini staging session for fine tuning furniture and accessory arrangement and putting the finishing touches on your home's presentation.

About Our Staging Fees
Hands-on staging fees begin at $350 and include:
Pre-staging planning
Arrangements for rental furniture, if any
A resource list of other trades people, if needed
Staging days: Packing and transporting props and tools, fuel & travel time
Staging time
Recommendations for additional work for even more property enhancement
Before & After Pictures for internet marketing supplied to homeowner and realtor
Destaging, packing and transporting props from the property to our warehouse
We make every effort to use existing furnishings and accessories as much as possible, then if needed and desired by the homeowner, bring in pieces from our inventory or furniture rental source to dress up the home for taking gorgeous marketing photos. These items are visual examples of purchases we recommend the homeowner make as investments in selling faster and for top dollar (the homeowner can then use them to decorate their new home). Optionally, these items may be leased from Spaces Streamlined or the furniture rental company on a monthly basis.
