Moving is stressful and exhausting- let us help you! We'll unpack, organize, arrange furnishings and accessories and transform your new house into a comfortable home.

 

Do you know someone who is moving? This service also makes a wonderful gift for young people setting up a household for the first time, empty nesters who need to downsize or for a loved one making the transition from a house to assisted living. We can create a functional and inviting space to welcome them home.

 

About Our Redesign & Decorating Services

Decorating and redesign projects begin with an on-site design consultation in order to assess your wants, needs and goals for the home. We’ll have questions for you about your likes and dislikes and your family’s lifestyle. You can show us which things you love and want to stay in the space and also pictures of rooms from magazines or websites that you like so we can get a feel for your personal style. We’ll talk about furniture arrangements and if needed, measure your room in order to design a floor plan for you. Then, depending on your desired services, we may be able to jump right in and begin redesigning your space on the spot!

 

In addition to furniture, artwork and accessory arranging, Spaces Streamlined provides the following decorating services: space planning, printed floor plans showing furniture placement, organizing bookshelves and other display spaces and assistance in choosing new floorcoverings and countertops. Paint color consultations are available to help you find the perfect colors to complement your decorating scheme and our shopping services will save you time and money as our clients are able to benefit from our trade discounts on many products. Sorry, we do not offer remodeling or structural work.

 

 

About our design fees:

Design or redesign consultation fee $75 for the first hour, $50 each additional hour. A ten percent discount is available on purchase of ten hours or more.

 

Hours purchased may be used arranging furniture, artwork and accessories, organizing, packing or unpacking, creating floor plans, paint color consultations, shopping with you or for you or researching products on the internet. Hours can be used all at once or over a period of time and for more than one room.
